Cancellation Policy

All bookings can be made online, via email, or through our offices. A booking is considered confirmed only when full or partial payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent to the customer. Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking. Ajala Travel and Tour is not liable for errors or omissions.
